Mills Pitches Pawtucket to Shutout Victory Sunday, June 3rd, 2018 The Pawtucket Red Sox rolled to an easy 5-0 win over the Rochester Red Wings at McCoy Stadium today. Leading the way to victory was starter Alec Mills, who shackled the Rochester Red Wings and held them scoreless on a 4-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Mills said in his postgame press conference. This season Mills has worked 67.2 innings with 51 strikeouts en route to a 7-1 record and a 2.66 ERA. |
