Player of the Week: Salt Lake's Plouffe Monday, June 18th, 2018 At the age of 32, Trevor Plouffe might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Salt Lake first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .462 batting average. For his efforts Plouffe collected the American Conference Player of the Week Award. He racked up 12 hits in 26 at-bats, 2 home runs and 10 RBIs last week in 7 games. Plouffe on the season is hitting .288 with 11 home runs. His stats include 34 RBIs and 42 runs scored. |
