Thomas Goes on Rampage Against 51s Saturday, July 7th, 2018 Thanks to Cody Thomas and his big bat, the Stripers derailed the Las Vegas 51s 12-1 today at Coolray Field. The Gwinnett left fielder had a standout game with 5 hits in 5 at-bats. Cody Thomas singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 8th. This season Thomas is swinging the bat at a .266 rate with 25 hits in 94 at-bats. To date he has hit 6 home runs, scored 12 runs and driven in 21. |
