Bichette Hitless, Streak Ends at 21 Friday, July 20th, 2018 Bo Bichette's 21-game hitting streak was snapped today at Southwest University park. The 20-year-old Colorado Springs Sky Sox second baseman failed to get a hit in 5 at-bats in the game against the El Paso Chihuahuas, but Colorado Springs came out the winner, 8-0. "I don't think the streak was ever a big deal to Bo," Sky Sox manager said after the game. "He ain't that type of guy. He just wants to help the team win ballgames." Thus far this year Bichette is batting .313 with 22 home runs, 86 RBIs and 69 runs scored. |
