Season Over for Meadows Friday, July 27th, 2018 Austin Meadows had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the Memphis medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The Memphis center fielder suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament in an earlier ballgame. He admitted to being discouraged, but said he plans to come back strong next year. This year Meadows is hitting .284 with 10 home runs. |
