The Nashville Sounds third baseman tore up the Fresno Grizzlies to the tune of 6 hits in 6 at-bats at First Tennessee Park today. The offensive onslaught from Spangenberg powered the Sounds to a 8-7 win. "Spangenberg was a tough out today," Fresno manager said to the press in the postgame interview. "He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that's for sure." Cory Spangenberg singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th and hit an RBI single in the 10th.
