Lugo's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Saturday, August 11th, 2018 Sounds third baseman Dawel Lugo has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 1-for-4 in today's game against the Norfolk Tides. Nashville won the ballgame 9-6. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Dawel Lugo struck out in the 2nd, grounded out in the 4th, walked in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and flied out in the 9th. This season Lugo is batting .310 with 140 hits, 17 home runs, 99 RBIs, 27 walks, .351 OBP and has scored 67 runs. He has played in 110 games. |
