National Conference's Best Batter Announced Monday, July 23rd, 2018 19-year-old Isaac Paredes made a few Harrisburg headlines during this past week as the rookie third baseman proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and National Conference officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 13 hits in 31 at-bats to put up a .419 average. Paredes collected 4 home runs, 21 RBIs and scored 10 runs. For the year Paredes is hitting .299 with 22 home runs. His stats include 90 runs batted in and 66 runs scored. |
