Biloxi Loses Garcia for Season Sunday, August 5th, 2018 Rico Garcia had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a torn labrum on 08/02/2018. Today he received word from the Biloxi doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. This season Garcia has chalked up 1 save, notched a 2-1 record with a 1.15 ERA, allowed 14 hits in his 15.2 innings of work, struck out 17 and walked 11. Opponents are hitting .230 against the Biloxi hurler. |
