NC's Best Batter Announced Saturday, September 1st, 2018 Ramon Flores is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Biloxi right fielder joined that select company when the National Conference announced the results of August's voting. Flores totaled 35 hits, 18 walks, 8 home runs, 17 RBIs and 25 runs scored last month to put together a .422 batting average and .520 on-base percentage. This year Flores is batting .422 with 35 hits, 8 home runs, 17 RBIs, 18 walks, .520 OBP and has scored 25 runs. |
