Reyes Selected Player of the Week Monday, September 3rd, 2018 23-year-old Victor Reyes made a few Hartford headlines during this past week as the rookie right fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and National Conference officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 13 hits in 25 at-bats to put up a .520 average. Reyes collected 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 10 runs. In the current season, Reyes has put up a .294 batting average with 144 hits, 10 home runs, 93 runs batted in and scored 79 runs. |
