Lukes Strokes 5 Hits Monday, September 3rd, 2018 Chattanooga right fielder Nathan Lukes had a day to remember today, 5-for-5 against the Mobile BayBears at Hank Aaron Stadium as the Lookouts picked up a 17-1 victory. "He was patient up there today," Chattanooga skipper told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Lukes has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Nathan Lukes singled in the 2nd, flied out in the 3rd, hit a two-run single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 8th. Lukes on the season is batting .295 with 9 home runs. His totals include 70 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He has played in 120 games. |
