Best AC Reliever Named Wednesday, October 10th, 2018 At the young age of only 23, Tyler Johnson has been named the American Conference Reliever of the Year winner for 2018. The future appears bright for the Fort Myers Miracle relief ace, who captured the award with 30 saves in 48 relief appearances, 54 strikeouts in 47.1 innings and a record of 3-1 to go with his 1.14 ERA. He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Carlos Salazar of the Down East Wood Ducks finished second in voting, while Mitch Brown of the Down East Wood Ducks finished third.
