Smith Boosts Hit Streak to 20 Games Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 The number just keeps getting higher. Stockton center fielder Isaiah Smith has now extended his hitting string to 20 games. He did it today with 3 hits in 3 at-bats as the Stockton took the 4-3 win over the Fort Myers Miracle at Hammond Stadium. "Who knows how long it will go on?" Fort Myers manager said. "He's certainly tough to pitch to right now." Isaiah Smith singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 5th and singled in the 7th. To date this season Smith is hitting .427 with 3 home runs. |
