Hanson Spins No-Hitter Against Bradenton Saturday, June 23rd, 2018 Excitement reigned at LECOM Park today as Lake Elsinore Storm hurler Nick Hanson tossed a baseball rarity -- a no-hitter. After defeating the Bradenton Marauders, 10-0, he was swamped by reporters in the clubhouse for postgame comments. "I'm just glad to be here," Hanson said. "Today I just went right at the Marauders as hard as I could, as long as I could." Hanson chalked up 6 strikeouts and allowed 2 walks in his superb performance. "I don't think they could have stopped him with a howitzer today," said Lake Elsinore manager . This season Hanson has compiled a 7-2 record with a 3.74 ERA. |
