Randolph Ups Hit Streak to 20 Consecutive Games Tuesday, June 26th, 2018 Cornelius Randolph extended his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games today in the Wilmington 7-6 triumph over the Tampa Tarpons. The 21-year-old Blue Rocks left fielder collected 3 hits in 5 at-bats. "Of course it's going to end," he said. "I'm just enjoying it until then." Cornelius Randolph singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th and flied out in the 9th. So far this year Randolph has 17 home runs and a .407 batting average. |
