Ramos's Strong Week Earns NC Trophy Monday, July 16th, 2018 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the National Conference, but last week Heliot Ramos of the Jupiter Hammerheads reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Ramos rocked opposing pitching for a .429 average (9-for-21), 1 home run and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. Looking at his present stats, Ramos has compiled a .282 batting average in 84 games with a .332 on-base percentage, while hitting 7 home runs and driving in 60 runs. |
