Dalbec Cracks 5 Hits Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 All game long, Fort Myers's Bobby Dalbec was rattling the walls at San Manuel Stadium and banging out base hits against the Inland Empire 66ers. When the dust finally settled on the diamond, he had a 5-hit day and the Miracle had a 9-0 victory. Speaking with reporters after his standout performance, the 23-year-old third baseman said, "Get 5 hits, win a ballgame, it's nice. I could get used to this." Bobby Dalbec singled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, hit an RBI double in the 6th and hit an RBI single in the 8th. This season in 96 games, Dalbec has hit at a .322 clip with 119 hits, 14 home runs, 82 RBIs and 56 runs scored. |
