Sandoval Runs Hit String to 25 Straight Games Saturday, August 18th, 2018 Fort Myers right fielder Ariel Sandoval has extended his hitting streak to 25 straight games with a 1-for-4 day. However, the Dunedin Blue Jays took the 8-4 victory over the Miracle at Hammond Stadium. "Disappointing," Sandoval said of the outcome. Ariel Sandoval grounded out in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, grounded out in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 9th. Sandoval is currently batting .375 with 10 home runs and 96 RBIs. |
