Vizcaino Jr. Rips Winston-Salem for 6 Hits Saturday, August 25th, 2018 No matter what the Winston-Salem Dash threw at him today, Jose Vizcaino Jr. hit it. He easily handled Dash pitching, going 6 for 6 and helping the Blue Rocks to a 20-4 triumph at Daniel S. Frawley Stadium. "The way I was swinging today, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Vizcaino Jr.'s quip, Dash skipper said he "would take him up on that next time." Jose Vizcaino Jr. hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 6th and tripled in the 7th. Currently Vizcaino Jr. is batting .324 with 10 home runs and 74 RBIs. |
