Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Saturday, August 17th, 2019 Baseball officials have suspended two players for "inappropriate and aggressive conduct" in yesterday's Detroit-Tampa Bay contest at Comerica Park. The Tigers Kolten Wong and the Rays Ryne Harper will have to sit out 4 and 2 games respectively for their parts in the brawl. So far this season Wong has gotten 97 hits in 404 at-bats for a .240 batting average with 11 home runs. His stats include 39 RBIs and 49 runs scored. He has played in 120 games. Here are his stats for this season: Harper has chalked up no saves and fashioned a record of 4 wins and 1 losses with a 2.86 ERA.
