Season Over for Oca Thursday, August 29th, 2019 The St. Louis Cardinals have made it official: David Oca is headed to the injured list. The 24-year-old starting pitcher has been out since 08/28/2019 with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. He is expected to miss 9 months.
