Orioles Win Division Series Wednesday, October 9th, 2019 The sweet swing of Maikel Franco has led his team through the Division Series. The Baltimore Orioles star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Texas Rangers to advance to the League Championship Series. The Orioles won the final game at Oriole Park at Camden Yards by a score of 4-2 and the series 3-1. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Franco. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Franco hit .375 with a .375 on-base percentage. He had 3 home runs, drove in 6 RBI and scored 4 runs. The Baltimore Orioles will play against the Cleveland Indians in the next round. Cleveland won their series against the Los Angeles Angels 3 games to 0.
