Early Season End for Quinn Thursday, May 9th, 2019 Blake Quinn had hoped for the best, but expected the worst. Today, he learned from the Altoona medical staff that he would miss the rest of the season. The Altoona reliever suffered a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament in an earlier ballgame. He admitted to being discouraged, but said he plans to come back strong next year. This season Quinn has claimed 1 save and registered a 2-0 record with a 1.80 ERA. He has 8 relief appearances spanning 10 innings and has struck out 13. |
