AC Star of the Week Announced Monday, June 10th, 2019 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the American Conference, but last week Yanio Perez of the Frisco RoughRiders reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Perez rocked opposing pitching for a .538 average (14-for-26), 3 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. Perez is currently batting .290 with 7 home runs and 38 RBIs. |
