Cameron Selected NC Player of the Week Monday, July 22nd, 2019 So far in his young career, Daz Cameron has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the National Conference in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp center fielder hit at a torrid .433 clip as he collected 13 hits in 30 at-bats, 3 home runs, 7 RBIs and 12 runs scored. Presently Cameron is batting .294 with 95 hits and 12 home runs. He has knocked in 36 runs and scored 74 times. |
