Pache Keeps Hit Streak Alive Monday, July 22nd, 2019 Cristian Pache has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The Mississippi center fielder picked up 1 more today against the Springfield Cardinals and now has a 33-game hitting streak. The Braves won the game 6-0. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Cristian Pache grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and grounded out in the 7th. For the year Pache is batting .326 with 8 home runs, 31 RBIs and 78 runs scored. |
