20 Games in a Row for White Wednesday, August 14th, 2019 Richmond first baseman Evan White has extended his hitting streak to 20 straight games with a 1-for-5 day. However, the San Antonio Missions took the 17-11 victory over the Flying Squirrels at The Diamond. "Disappointing," White said of the outcome. Evan White hit a solo-shot off Alex Speas in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, flied out in the 4th, struck out in the 5th, struck out in the 8th and walked in the 9th. Thus far this year White is batting .296 with 14 home runs, 49 RBIs and 70 runs scored. |
