Brosseau Goes 6-for-9 Tuesday, August 27th, 2019 Hartford Yard Goats third baseman Mike Brosseau went ballistic today with the bat. He hammered the Springfield Cardinals for 6 hits and drove Hartford to a 49-5 win over Springfield at Hammons Field. Mike Brosseau flied out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run single in the 4th, flied out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th, walked in the 9th, hit an RBI double in the 9th and grounded out in the 9th. Brosseau is hitting .325 this season with 9 home runs, 50 RBIs and 56 runs scored. He has 83 hits in 255 at-bats. |
