Burke Tosses Shutout Against RockHounds Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 Scott Burke of the Birmingham Barons humiliated the Midland RockHounds at Regions Field today, spinning a complete game shutout and holding the visitors to 2 hits. "He stayed aggressive and his ball was really moving," said Midland manager , after the game. Burke whiffed 1 and walked 5 in the 1-0 win. "If I make good pitches, I'm going to get some outs," Burke said. "I was making good pitches the entire game." So far this season Burke has a 3-2 record with a 6.14 ERA. |
