Estevez Sticks it to NC Pitchers Monday, September 2nd, 2019 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the National Conference, but last week Omar Estevez of the Tulsa Drillers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Estevez rocked opposing pitching for a .458 average (11-for-24), 3 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. This year Estevez is hitting .304 with 15 home runs and 82 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .375 clip and scored 71 runs. |
