Tseng Top Choice, Wins Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, October 18th, 2019 In 2019, the premier pitcher in the National Conference was Jen-Ho Tseng. The Pensacola starter is this year's recipient of the Outstanding Pitcher Award. He went 13-8 in 24 starts with 157 strikeouts in 149.2 innings and an impressive 2.41 ERA. He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Elieser Hernandez of the Richmond Flying Squirrels finished second in voting, while Brendan McKay of the Hartford Yard Goats finished third.
