Carolina Halts Antuna's Hitting Steak Thursday, July 25th, 2019 Yasel Antuna went 0-for-1 at G. Richard Pfitzner Stadium today to break his consecutive-game hitting streak at 20 games. The 19-year-old Potomac second baseman failed to get a hit today in the Nationals 1-0 victory over the Carolina Mudcats at G. Richard Pfitzner Stadium. Antuna did not make himself available to reporters after the game. "I think Yasel is a little upset," Potomac manager said. "He'll get over it." Thus far this season Antuna has hit .371 with no home runs, 8 RBIs and scored 8 times. |
