Eusebio Stops Myrtle Beach Friday, August 9th, 2019 Today was Breiling Eusebio's turn in the rotation for the Lake Elsinore Storm and he made the most of it, shutting out the Myrtle Beach Pelicans on 2 hits. The 22-year-old left-hander led the Storm to an easy 7-0 victory, allowing 2 walks and tallying 9 strikeouts. "I hope we miss him next time," Myrtle Beach manager said. "Eusebio certainly pitched a strong game against us today. He was in a groove, throwing everything for strikes. Throwing hard. Changing speeds." For this year Eusebio has chalked up 8 wins and no losses in 13 starts with 82 strikeouts in 85 innings and a 1.91 ERA. |
