Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Myrtle Beach Saturday, August 17th, 2019 The baseball world has known for a long time that the Myrtle Beach Pelicans were not destined for the playoffs this year. But now it is official, as the team was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the 2nd time in a row that the Pelicans have missed the playoffs.They have yet to make the playoffs in their history. |
