League KO's Dash-Blue Rocks Players with 3-Game Suspensions Friday, August 30th, 2019 Julio Yarnel Rodriguez of Winston-Salem and Jonathan Bowlan of Wilmington have been sanctioned by the league office for causing the ruckus at BB&T Ballpark yesterday. Both players have been given 3-game suspensions for instigating the fight and subsequent free-for-all. This season Rodriguez is batting .219 with 12 home runs. He has scored 53 runs and driven in 62. Bowlan has taken the mound for 7 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 1-0 record with a 3.38 ERA. The Wilmington reliever has limited opposing batters to a .220 batting average. |
