Lazar Holds Wood Ducks Scoreless Tuesday, September 10th, 2019 20-year-old Charlotte Stone Crabs pitcher Max Lazar had a strong outing against the Down East Wood Ducks at Grainger Stadium today, keeping them off the scoreboard the whole game. He struck out 6 in the 5-0 win and walked 1 while surrendering 6 hits. "Hopefully there will be plenty more of these in the future for us," he said. This season Lazar has worked 88.1 innings with 82 strikeouts en route to a 7-2 record and a 3.46 ERA. |
