Pinder Hits 2 home runs in Reds Win
The Cincinnati Reds thumped the New York Mets, 10-2, at Great American Ball Park. Chad Pinder was a big reason his team got the win. Pinder hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 3. Dallas Keuchel, the winner, improved to 16-11. He held the Mets to 2 earned runs on 4 hits over 5 innings, while striking out 3 and walking 1. Cincinnati currently is in second place in the National League Central Division at 84-72.

In the bottom of the fifth, Cincinnati second baseman Robinson Cano had a productive at-bat. With a runner on 1st and one out, Cano stroked a run-scoring double to right. It made the score 3-2, Cincinnati. For the game, he went 1-5 with a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
