Phillies Prevail, 7-5, Over Milwaukee
|
Eugenio Suarez had a good game, but he could not keep the Milwaukee Brewers from falling, 7-5, to the Philadelphia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park. The Milwaukee third baseman went 4 for 5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles, while scoring 2 times in the loss. Aaron Blair picked up the win, improving his season record to 3-1. He struck out 7 in 5 innings. The Phillies' win now puts them at 26-17.
Josh Harrison contributed a productive at-bat in the bottom of the fifth. With the bases loaded, he got hit by a pitch, driving in 1 run. It was one at-bat that propelled Philadelphia to the win.
"We're all smiles after that win," Harrison told the Philadelphia Today.
