Injury Sidelines Peterson for Season Saturday, June 8th, 2019 Jace Peterson has to call it a season. The Salt Lake Bees right fielder learned today that the full extent his injury suffered on 06/06/2019 is worse than hoped. He will not play again this year according to club doctors, who diagnosed the injury as a fractured ankle and stated that he would not be able to play for 4 months. The team will likely place Peterson on the injured list today. Peterson's current batting average stands at .305 and he has chalked up 5 home runs and 29 RBIs. |
