AC's Top Player, Bandy of Pawtucket Monday, August 19th, 2019 At the age of 29, Jett Bandy might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Pawtucket catcher put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .375 batting average. For his efforts Bandy collected the American Conference Player of the Week Award. He racked up 9 hits in 24 at-bats, 4 home runs and 8 RBIs last week in 5 games. For the year Bandy is hitting .252 with 16 home runs. His stats include 71 runs batted in and 51 runs scored. |
