Jefferies Blanks Bowie Monday, July 15th, 2019 Bowie dropped a 9-0 shutout to Daulton Jefferies and the Frisco RoughRiders at Prince George's Stadium today. The Baysox offered little resistance to Jefferies, who stopped them on 6 hits, fanned 6 and walked 1. "It just felt right today," the right-handed Jefferies told reporters after the win. "Even with the rain, it didn't throw me off my rhythm." This year Jefferies has compiled a 5-6 record with a 3.90 ERA in 17 starts. |
