Season-Ending Injury for Martin Tuesday, July 23rd, 2019 In a news release, the Frisco RoughRiders announced that shortstop Richie Martin would miss the rest of the season due to a ruptured medial collateral ligament. Martin sustained the injury on 07/20/2019. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager. For the season Martin has produced 98 hits in 293 at-bats for a .334 average with 7 home runs and gotten on base at a .411 clip. |
