Pederson Takes AL's Best Bat Award Monday, October 1st, 2018 Texas left fielder Joc Pederson was certainly bad news for pitchers in the month of September. He wore them out, going 34 for 108, and was rewarded with the American League Batter of the Month award. He hit .315 with 13 home runs, 26 RBIs and scored 26 runs. In 161 games Pederson is hitting .253 this season with 144 hits, 46 home runs, 102 RBIs, 107 walks, .379 OBP and has scored 106 runs. |
