Tampa Bay, Milwaukee Confirm Trade Sunday, November 4th, 2018 In a hastily called press conference, Tampa Bay announced today a trade with Milwaukee that will send 31-year-old C Manny Pina and 30-year-old CF A.J. Pollock to the Brewers in exchange for 28-year-old C Austin Barnes, 30-year-old LHP Grant Dayton and 24-year-old minor league 2B Ramon Urias. All players are expected to be in their respective new cities in time for today's games. Pollock currently has a career .293 batting average with 732 hits, good for 65 home runs, 263 RBIs and 403 runs. Barnes boasts a career batting average of .256 with 150 hits, 12 homers and 68 RBIs. |
