Lyons's Treatment Not Going Well, Suffers Setback Monday, July 9th, 2018 Detroit Tigers reliever Tyler Lyons will now miss more time after sustaining a setback in his recovery from elbow inflammation. The setback is believed to be minor, but the timetable for his return has been pushed back an additional 4 days. On the season Lyons has delivered 0 saves in 43 relief appearances. He has 67 strikeouts in 55.1 innings with a 3.42 ERA and a 2-1 mark. |
