Injury Derails Season for Reynolds Wednesday, July 25th, 2018 Obviously disappointed, Mark Reynolds confirmed today that his season is officially over. The St. Louis first baseman offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 34-year-old Reynolds suffered a ruptured medial collateral ligament on 07/22/2018 and has been out of action since. So far this season Reynolds has hit .269 with 11 home runs, 37 RBIs and scored 28 times. |
