Setback for San Francisco and Luke Gregerson Wednesday, August 29th, 2018 San Francisco Giants reliever Luke Gregerson will now miss more time after sustaining a setback in his recovery from a torn labrum. The setback is believed to be minor, but the timetable for his return has been pushed back an additional 12 months. Luke Gregerson is expected to undergo surgery in San Francisco(California) tomorrow. Gregerson has taken the mound for 29 relief appearances this season, nailing down no saves while notching a 2-2 record with a 4.39 ERA. The San Francisco reliever has limited opposing batters to a .267 batting average. |
