Conforto Put on Shelf, Listed DTD Monday, September 3rd, 2018 Rays star left fielder Michael Conforto suffered a knee contusion during yesterday's game against the Blue Jays at Rogers Centre. He sustained the injury while colliding with a player at a base. Tampa Bay lists Conforto as day-to-day, noting he could miss about 2 weeks. So far in 2018 Conforto is batting .281 with 41 home runs, 103 RBIs and 118 runs scored. He has 148 hits in 527 at-bats and a .389 OBP. |
