Chicago's Burdi Hurt in Accident Tuesday, September 11th, 2018 Chicago announced today that Nick Burdi will be forced to miss 6 months because of an undisclosed injury the reliever received while doing some gardening work in the yard. To date this year Burdi has saved 3 games while tossing 54.1 innings. He has a 6.29 ERA, fanned 67 batters and made 60 relief appearances. |
